About the Author

Dr. John H. Hunt became a veterinarian to educate pet owners and to help keep their pets healthy. He also raised three wonderful children, volunteering as high school track coach, leading their Boy Scout troop, and teaching at UMAINE Animal Health Technician program. John enjoys reading historical novels as well as hiking and traveling with his wife.
