SHIPPING POLICY
The cost to ship item or items that a user purchases through our service is calculated on a “per order,”“per item,” or “per pound” basis and is based on the shipping option the user selects at the time of purchase. Items will ship to the address designated by the user so long as such address is complete and complies with the shipping restrictions contained on the website. All transactions are made pursuant to a shipping contract and, as a result, risk of loss and title for the item passes to the user upon delivery of the item to the carrier.

Order processing time to shipping is 1-3 business days for items from our stores and local warehouses. Packages ship when the order is complete. Shipping time in business days (weekdays, not including holidays) after your order is processed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: VAT, GST, AND CUSTOMS FEES
The receiver will be notified by the local mail system for collection of any duties or taxes charged by their government. Without Books takes responsibility for shipping the product and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.
