I do not intend to preach or seek resolution. I only hope that in these pages, you meet yourself - dazzling, vulnerable, tenacious, flawed, complex and delightfully contradictory. If somewhere in these pages you smile with a remembered happiness, hear an echo of your grief, regret the words left unsaid, long and hope for a better world, know in your heart that this is what makes us unmistakenly human.
