The Traveling Jessie Barstow

Fourteen-year-old Jessie Barstow is a mostly regular kid. She goes to school, plays soccer, and hangs out with her friends. She also has the rare ability to travel to other locations and other worlds at will, and she's being hunted for. While on the run from power-hungry and mysterious forces, Jessie finds herself in a store full of magic tricks and party favors. It's there that she stumbles into Martin, a young man who helps her hide from the monstrous things with too many teeth chasing her.
