The story follows Harry, a determined snail who struggles with being late for school. Despite facing taunts from classmates like Hopsy the Rabbit, Harry remains hopeful and persistent. Encouraged by a mysterious encounter with a mole, Harry sets out to find the wise turtle in the swamp to learn how to stop time.
