When COVID0-19 left Michelle quarantined in her apartment in Abu Dhabi, she had an idea to post photos of her daily quarantini to social media along with photos taken from her balcony. Quarantinis on the Balcony is a compilation of recipes and short stories coupled with photos taken during the nearly 2 months of being quarantined.
