Vincent truly loves Lucía. A statement truer than any other; a fact more indisputable than the inevitability of death.

Vincent is passionate and unrelenting in his adoration for her- bordering the divine and deranged, but of course that is to be expected with love. Then there's Miguel. Miguel the unraveling and delusional piece of shit that ruins perfection; perfection that even death itself couldn't stop. Miguel: the sick, creepy, murderous, morally bankrupt, degenerate, bastard; deserving of torment for all eternity. Miguel who just couldn't keep his damn mouth shut, sinking lower than the negligible faults of Vincent, and his ever people-pleasing and placating nature. This inability to say no, unintentionally leading to the tragic demise of Lucía. But how could that ever compare to the destruction of perfection? How could it ever compare to murder? It couldn't, because Miguel sinks lower than that of Vincent's incidental low.
