Born in Melbourne, Australia, Anne Maree Spengler is a teacher, property developer, and a home-stay mother for foreign students. She holds degrees in education and psychology. "I love life. I love the people I meet, the places that I have been to, the challenges that come my way, and the satisfaction knowing that I can do anything I set my mind to. My philosophy in life is 'chew off more than you can chew and just chew faster.' "
