Addie Alpaca Does Addition

Addie Alpaca Does Addition invites even the most hesitant math learner to find their own way and discover that they are already a math kid.

Addition class has started, but Addie Alpaca sits frozen while her classmates answer every problem with ease. She's just not a math kid... or so she thinks.

Her teacher gives her strategies to try, but math still doesn't click. When her friends' methods don't work either, she feels defeated-until she experiences numbers in a whole new way.

Perfect for:

• Children ages 4-8 learning basic addition
• Kinesthetic & visual learners who benefit from a hands-on approach
• Classroom read-alouds and elementary math intervention lessons
• Any child who has ever thought, "I'm never going to get it."

Because the best way to do math... is the way that works for you!
