A Humble Band of People considers the beginnings of restoration churches in Franklin and Colbert Counties. Attention is paid to congregations in Belgreen, Kimbrough's Chapel, Tuscumbia, Maud, Annapolis Avenue, and more from the early nineteenth century to the dawn of World War I.
