Things begin to shift in their lives when the tie-down calf ropers Daryl and L-Dogg and the bull rider Colt, meet a girl barrel racer named Danni Green. Colt has been taught by his dad and Uncle June Bug all about the sport of rodeo since his birth, and he calls himself the Perfect 8 since that is what he always achieves to win.
