TRUE LOVE

Til death do us apart is what I recall.

Now it seems we're in a battle; a brawl for it all!

This ain't no three-part equation, it's God, you and I.

It's been like that from the beginning, I'm your do- or- die.

Trying to run interference? That will never work, we've been battle tested;

that's just an added perk.

Satan dispatched his agents to bring us to an end;

with God at the helm he will never win!

We believe in the vow that we promised before God.

Our marriage is in his hands, impossible to fall!

Give it all you got but you don't stand a chance.

Love that is God designed will last 'til the end.

We don't go for hard and we don't come from the streets

but if you keep coming you might get tapped on the beak

by our daddy, the one no one can defeat. You know who he is, God!
