Being a man, it seems, comes with an inherent appreciation for a woman's beauty. Their lips, their curves, their heart, their soul, all parts of them are so beautiful and so good to love.

As I sat in the middle of the station waiting for my train, I saw them strut around, in all shapes, all colors, and all sizes. For some, the struts seemed like hard work, others very graceful, and some, you just had no idea whence they came. But they all made me turn my head in admiration, making the ten-minute wait for the train more than worthwhile.

As I waited, it was announced that my train had been delayed a whole hour. Wanting to kill some time, I went to a local department store to see what I could find, maybe a pair of shoes, a timepiece, or something else I may need. The men's sections of every department store were as bland as the men who wore the merchandise - all dull colors, primarily black, brown, blue, and gray. I got bored looking at them and instead got myself a bag of chips and moved on. As I strolled by the register, I noticed the young woman ahead of me was holding up something and contemplating whether to buy it or not. I guess she must have wondered whether it would look suitable on her or not. It was multicolored silk underwear. It held more colors than found in a rainbow - an unbelievable sight to see. I did not know whether to comment or not, but she turned to me and asked me what I thought of the underwear. For me, that was bold. I did comment, though. I asked what she loved about it and just listened. You see, I have come a long way with women. I have been schooled and have learned a lot about women. All I have now is sheer admiration and love.

I have come to admire women immensely, but only after some tough lessons. In a sense, I can say I am blessed because all the women in my life have been a joy to know, and it was refreshing to be in their presence. All I am as a man; I owe to the women I have known. So here is the journey that has been nothing but a blessing from the most beautiful creatures ever to grace this place we call home.

"Loving a person could be a lot of work as you get to know them. When you find a woman that loves you, it's easy to do the work of loving her right back." -Unknown
