Jalhan Okarrest, a priest of the god Tirangil, arrived in the small village of Harban's Barrow with the simple objective of reconnecting with his sister, Halana, and her family. Those plans quickly evaporated under the seemingly impenetrable power of an evil mist, powered by stolen souls and controlled by the warped mind of a confused deity.

The residents of Harban's Barrow, infected by horrors impossible to comprehend, had become unwilling victims of the god of death and its misty manifestation of evil.
