A haunted house, an abandoned well, and a man with no past conspire to bring havoc to Eastland County, Texas. Emmy is a 16-year old girl who is also a generational witch, her grandmother having passed down her knowledge and skills the summer before. With her dog Patch, and similarly gifted friend Moncerrat, they work to defeat the souls that would tear through the small West Texas towns of Cisco and Eastland.
