"Officer and Gentleman" - first falling in love with his future British wife in Bavaria, Germany - where Arthur was deployed as a Second Lieutenant in the US Army. It was indeed Love at First Sight.

Then, years later, as an Attorney and International Law Professor in London, the Love of Britain continues with his then lovely new Dutch wife and darling daughters - this wonderful love of Great Britain, and the British as a thankful professor teaching in London and loving the countryside, arts, and culture: exploring galleries, theaters, music venues, festivals, and all that quintessential Britain has to offer.
