Scott Lyon owns a title company with an office on the 105th floor of the World Trade Center South Tower. He's been stealing money from clients, and when one client threatens to expose him, he makes plans to retaliate. When a plane hits the north tower, Scott knows he's been handed a golden opportunity. He can fake his own death and disappear with millions.

But when he tries to withdraw his fortune, after his escape, he's devastated to learn it's vanished. Someone stole it from him. Desperate to find the money, and eager to disappear with a new life, Scott risks everything investigating its disappearance.
