Lux Alptraum and Leigh Stein founded BinderCon, a non-profit organization and convention devoted to advancing the careers of women and gender non-conforming writers. Lux is also a writer whose work has appeared in Cosmopolitan,Salon.com, TheAtlantic.com, GOOD Magazine, and more. Leigh is author of the novel The Fallback Plan (Melville House), the poetry collection Dispatch from the Future (Melville House), and the forthcoming memoir Land of Enchantment (Blue Rider Press).
