My transformation has not been a\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003esmooth transition, but has been filled with limiting mindsets, depression, despair, and\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003estrength to rebuild again and again.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIt has not been easy to be honest and authentic with yourself and open with\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eothers. My life experiences have not been anything to write home about, or\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eso I thought. I often felt different, and through my isolation, I fed my spirit\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003einformation that was not always helpful and nurturing. In my writing, you will\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003esee threads of depression, low self-esteem, excessive doubt, and a woman who\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ewas often unsure of herself. But, through God's grace, I am still here. I am a\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ework in progress, as we all are as we navigate our lives. I am also excited to\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eshare that my writing also includes stories and poetry about growth, overcoming\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eand dispelling untruths that somehow entered my spirit. I thank God for my\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ehealing and the many lessons that I have learned. I thank him for allowing\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eme to find support through the encouragement of others and for their genuine, \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eunconditional love for me.
