Taken partly from that series, I wrote this book to address those needs. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOne of my favorite verses-and the reason for the title of this book-comes from Malachi 4:2. As most believers, I took the analogy to be about God through Jesus being like a big feathered wing taking us under and healing us. And, maybe that's it. But I heard someone familiar with Hebrew and Jewish customs suggest that the wings are actually referring to \"edges\"-the edges of the Jewish Tallit or prayer cloth that every Jewish believer wore-including Jesus-and that the \"wings\" were the fringes of it.
